The cotton manufacturing process involves the sowing of cotton seeds then it's harvesting up to the ready-made cotton fabric. There are stages of cotton production from which cotton is processed sequentially to manufactured cotton fabric. Initially, cotton fibers are harvested and sent for ginning to extract out the husk, leaves and form a bale of cotton. Next is the spinning process in which this bale of cotton is processed to form a yarn, it is further processed for cotton fabric manufacturing, then it goes to the pre-treatment process for washing and cleaning. After the cotton fabric is colored either by dyeing or printing process. At last garment manufacturing industry ready-made the clothes that are suitable for wearing.
