We Made Green Fabric From Bamboo | Bamboo to T-Shirts, Hoodies & Trousers (Full Process)

In this video, we show the complete step-by-step journey of how fresh bamboo is transformed into soft green fabric and then made into everyday clothes like T-shirts, hoodies, shirts, and trousers. The process starts in a bamboo forest, where mature bamboo culms are selected and harvested. After that, the bamboo is transported to the factory, cleaned, cut, split, chipped, softened, and processed into bamboo fiber. The fiber is then dried, carded, spun into yarn, dyed green, woven and knitted into fabric rolls, and finally cut and stitched into finished clothing. You will see the complete bamboo textile factory process, including fiber extraction, yarn spinning, eco-friendly green dyeing, fabric weaving, fabric finishing, garment cutting, sewing, quality checking, ironing, labeling, packaging, warehouse storage, delivery to stores, and final customer use.
