By creating an account or using Apparelizer you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old. Professional accounts may only be opened by people authorised to act for the business they represent.

Your content

You own what you post. You give Apparelizer a licence to host, display and distribute it on the service and to promote the service. You promise you have the rights to what you post and that it is lawful, not misleading and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

No spam, scams, counterfeit goods, harassment, illegal content, scraping or attempts to disrupt or break into the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Marketplace, deals, bookings and wholesale

Sellers, providers and brands are responsible for their listings, prices, fulfilment, taxes and compliance with law. Apparelizer provides the platform and, where shown, payment handling; the contract of sale is between buyer and seller. Refunds and disputes follow the policy shown on each listing and our dispute process.

Fees

Joining is free. Some plans, listings, promotions and transactions carry fees shown before you confirm.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Apparelizer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what members post or sell. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
