🍃 Frozen Mint Choco Bites Ingredients * 20 fresh mint leaves * 3 tbsp thick yogurt (or coconut yogurt) * 100g dark chocolate * 1 tbsp coconut oil or coconut butter Method 1. Wash mint leaves and pat dry. 2. Dip each leaf in yogurt and place on a tray. 3. Freeze for 30–60 minutes. 4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil. 5. Dip frozen leaves in chocolate. 6. Freeze again for 15–20 minutes until set. Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month if you don’t finish them all in 5 min 🤤 🌿 Homemade Mint Mouthwash Ingredients * 1 cup water (250ml) * 10–15 fresh mint leaves * 1 cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp ground cinnamon) * 4–5 cloves Method 1. Simmer everything for 10 minutes. 2. Let cool completely. 3. Strain and pour into a clean glass jar or bottle. Storage: Keep refrigerated and use within 5–7 days. Shake before use.
