One way to mend a ripped jacket cuff with visible mending and our wash away stick and stitch sashiko patterns. I used a piece of cotton twill as a patch and sewed it on covering the weak fabric of the sleeve and cuff, and wrapping around the edge of the cuff. I used our persimmon flower pattern to reinforce the cuff with sashiko embroidery . All supplies used can be found on my website at socorrosociety.com
