The Glass Factory team visits Black Q, a legendary manufacturer producing for some of the world’s top luxury brands, including Alexander McQueen, JW Anderson, Casablanca, Heliot Emil, Proenza Schouler, Nanushka, Cult Gaia, and many more. With facilities in China, Poland, Vietnam, and Madagascar, Black Q is one of the few factories that can handle the full spectrum of fashion. From organic cotton t-shirts to complex down jackets, seamless knitwear, tailoring, and high-level development. Walking through their operations with Qui was inspiring. His story growing up between Vietnam and Germany, bridging East and West in fashion reflects exactly what makes Black Q so unique: technical excellence combined with a deep understanding of design.
