If you are not familiar with the brand, it’s really difficult to buy certain bags (this is a non-quota bag) as supply is restricted. The sale associates (SA) can decide to show you or not a bag, independently from their stock. The more popular bags are usually kept for long time clients rather than walk-ins. And even when you get shown one, it’s quite rare it’s exactly what you asked for. So that’s why I was absolutely shocked that she brought out both my requests!
