From choosing the right denim weight to clean seam finishes, topstitching, and thoughtful construction details, I walk through my entire process while testing a new jeans pattern. I’m sharing everything I’ve learned from years of working with denim, including fabric selection, prewashing vs washing after construction, cutting accurately on grain, equipment choices, thread and needle recommendations, and construction order for clean, durable seams.
