Hawaii-Based Clothing Brand 2BDesired Opens Third Location at Windward Mall

Hawaii-based clothing brand 2BDesired is expanding to the Windward side, celebrating the grand opening of its third retail location at Windward Mall on Saturday, October 24, at 10 a.m. Founded by Desiree Akiona, 2BDesired has grown from a passion for fashion and design into a thriving local business with three retail locations, an online store, and more than 30 employees. The brand is known for its Hawaiʻi-inspired aloha attire, everyday clothing, swimwear, and matching family outfits. Each pattern and print is personally hand-drawn by Akiona, with designs inspired by Hawaiʻi's culture, nature, and community. The company also emphasizes inclusive sizing, with select styles available from XXS to 6XL. To celebrate the new location, 2BDesired is debuting an exclusive KALO collection inspired by the lush greenery of the Koʻolau mountains. The design honors the cultural significance of kalo, symbolizing family, growth, and a connection to the ʻāina. Shoppers attending the grand opening can also enjoy special promotions and gifts with qualifying purchases, including reusable bags, tumblers, travel pouches, and tote bags.
