FAB-L (Fashion-workers Advice Bureau – Leicester) – launch event on Sunday 29th May 2022 With the support of a number of trade unions, clothing brands and NGO’s (non-governmental organisations), FAB-L’s services have been targeted to make a positive difference to the local fashion-workers’ lives. It commenced in late January 2022, and was formally launched on 29th May 2022. Well over 100 garment workers with their families attended and participated in some fun activities and browsed through a range of different information stalls, and they were able to hear our guest speakers and enjoy the delicious lunch!
