If you are conscious of what you eat (organic, chemical-free, healthy foods), why aren't you doing the same with the clothing and fabrics that you wear? If you won't drink out of a plastic bottle or you keep away from endocrine disruptors, you shouldn't be wearing fabrics that contain plastic or synthetic (harmful) chemicals. Your skin is the biggest organ in/on your body and it is constantly soaking in everything you put on it. Maybe you use a suspicious face cream - soaked into your skin. Maybe you get some quality sunlight - soaked up by your skin. You should be aware of the fabric content of your clothing and avoid anything unnatural. Stick to simple, natural, fabrics that come from plants or animals. Don't fall for the polyester psy-op. Those "performance fabrics" are harmful to your hormonal health and actually do a worse job of wicking sweat than regular old cotton or wool. Always check the labels of your clothing! Be aware and be well
