Day 1 of my fashion internship at Tadko – The Essential, a sustainable clothing brand in Ahmedabad. 🌿 On my first day, I got to observe the details behind their work — the finishing of embroidery, handmade and handloom fabrics, the connection of fabrics and techniques with their place of belonging, and different ways of representing craftsmanship through fashion. As a fashion design student, it was interesting to see how sustainability, craftsmanship and storytelling come together in clothing.
